Social Hall Rules and Regulations
1. Lessee is responsible for damage to the premises or equipment of the Lessor caused by the Lessee, Lessee's guests, or independent contractors (i.e. Caterers - D.J.s, etc.)
2. The premises must be vacated no later than 1:00 A.M. In order to meet this requirement the bar must be closed and dancing concluded no later than 12:30 P.M.
3. No decorations may be hung from the ceiling. The use of nails, tacks is prohibited.
4. The use of tape is permitted only on block walls & posts.
5. The Lessee shall be responsible for the parking of vehicles in the parking lots in order to assure open lanes for the exit of emergency vehicles. All areas in front of the Emergency Doors shall have a clear access to Brightwood Road. The Firefighter Only parking area shall be kept open at all times.
6. For any activity in excess of 100 guests, the Lessee will arrange for a Police Officer, or a Bethel Park Firefighter, to assist in the parking of vehicles. The Lessee shall pay a separate fee to the Police Officer or Firefighter. The Police Officer or Firefighter shall be on duty one (1) hour before the activity commences till the activity concludes.
7. All beer must be on tap. No bottled or canned beer is permitted. The Lessee shall be responsible for bar personnel if alcoholic beverages are served.
8. In order to avoid any accidents, food or beverages spilled shall be cleaned up immediately. Mop, towels, and buckets are located in the engine room.
9. All goods and property of the Lessee and their contractors must be removed from the premises at the close of the function.
10. The Lessee, and or any persons hired to use the kitchen facilities shall be responsible for leaving the kitchen in a clean condition. The microwave shall be used with only approved MICROWAVE CONTAINERS - NO METAL.
11. Should it become necessary to adjust the temperature, the Lessee or the Lessor are the only ones authorized to adjust the thermostat.
12. All trash and garbage shall be placed by the Lessee in the dumpster box located outside (in alcove far end of the building of the engine room)
13. At no time shall the BINGO EQUIPMENT be moved.
14. The Lessees activity shall be confined only to the first floor (Social Hall) of the Brightwood Station. Lessee will not allow any unauthorized persons in the ENGINE ROOM. 15. The use of the lighted sign is not part of the rental agreement.
16. At no time shall there be any gambling.
17. The Lessor reserves the right to make additional suggestions or request for the protection of the building, it's equipment and the premises.
18. Adherence to these regulations will result in a successful event for the Lessee and the assurance of the complete return of any security deposit.
